Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deal Flow Alert service operated by Idillo Inc. ("we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Deal Flow Alert monitors publicly listed business-for-sale pages across third-party marketplaces and broker networks, and delivers a weekly email digest of new listings that match the search criteria you provide. We do not own, control, verify, or warrant the listings themselves — they are sourced from third-party sites and may change, be withdrawn, or be inaccurate. Always do your own diligence before pursuing any listing.

Account and billing

You must provide a valid email address and payment method to start a trial. Your 14-day free trial is provided at no cost; on day 14, your card is automatically charged the plan rate ($29/month or $197/year, both in USD) unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the listing data we send you, and not to share your account credentials. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Third-party content

Listings are owned by their respective publishers and brokers. We make no claim of ownership over listing content and link directly to the source for the canonical version. If you are a publisher or broker and want your listings excluded, contact listings@dealflowalert.com.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the listing data is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idillo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
