Deal Flow Alert ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Idillo Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the dealflowalert.com website and our weekly digest service.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you sign up: your email address, the search criteria you choose (industry, location, price range, sites to monitor, and any free-form notes), and the plan you select. When you start a free trial, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details directly — we never see your full card number.
We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through our hosting provider's standard logging.
How we use it
We use your search criteria to match newly listed businesses to you, and we use your email address to deliver the weekly digest, account notifications, and billing receipts. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with the third-party services we use to operate Deal Flow Alert:
- Supabase — stores your account and search criteria.
- Brevo — sends your weekly digest and transactional email.
- Stripe — processes your subscription and stores your payment method.
- Vercel — hosts the website and serverless functions.
- Apify — fetches publicly listed business-for-sale pages and screenshots them on our behalf.
- Google — our Google Alerts inbox surfaces newly listed URLs to us.
Your choices
You can update your search criteria, change your email, or cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@dealflowalert.com.
Listings data
The business listings we surface to you are aggregated from public marketplace pages. We display them under fair use for the purpose of matching subscribers to relevant deals. If you are a listing owner or broker and want a listing removed from our index, email listings@dealflowalert.com.
