Affiliate Program Agreement

DealFlowAlert Affiliate Program Agreement

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This agreement explains the terms for participating in the DealFlowAlert affiliate program. By submitting an affiliate application or using an affiliate tracking link, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

DealFlowAlert provides AI-matched business-for-sale listing alerts to subscribers. Approved affiliates may promote DealFlowAlert using the tracking links and materials we provide or approve.

2. Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review each application and may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at our discretion, including when the promotion method is unclear, misleading, low quality, or incompatible with DealFlowAlert.

3. Tracking Links and Attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique tracking link. You must use the tracking links generated by DealFlowAlert. You may not create, modify, mask, cloak, or redirect affiliate links in a way that hides the original traffic source or misleads visitors.

Affiliate attribution uses a 90-day cookie. A referral is eligible only when the customer signs up through a valid affiliate-tracked visit within the cookie period. If a user clears cookies, changes browsers/devices, blocks tracking, or uses another valid referral path, attribution may not be recorded.

4. Commission

Approved affiliates earn 20% of net revenue from eligible referred customers. The current subscription price is $97 per month. The $1 trial is tracked but does not create a payable commission. Commission starts on the first full $97 payment.

Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed and continues paying, unless this agreement is terminated or the commission is reversed, voided, or disqualified under these terms.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly by PayPal to the payout email saved in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are subject to review and approval before payment. DealFlowAlert applies a 30-day hold before commissions become payable.

DealFlowAlert may maintain a reserve or holdback to cover refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, billing failures, or other adjustments. We may offset negative balances against current or future commissions.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

If a referred customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, disputes a payment, or has a payment reversed, the related commission may be reduced, held, reversed, voided, or deducted from future payouts. Open disputes may place commissions on hold until the dispute is resolved.

7. Prohibited Promotion

You may not use spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden frames, unauthorized redirects, incentive traffic, bot traffic, scraped personal data, or any promotion that violates law or platform rules.

You may not bid on DealFlowAlert branded search terms, impersonate DealFlowAlert, suggest that your content is official DealFlowAlert content, or make guarantees about results, deal quality, financing, acquisitions, or investment outcomes.

8. Required Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting DealFlowAlert. Your disclosures must comply with applicable law and platform rules, including FTC endorsement guidelines where applicable.

9. Brand and Content Use

You may refer to DealFlowAlert by name and may use approved screenshots, logos, copy, or promotional materials we provide. You may not alter DealFlowAlert branding in a misleading way or present yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of DealFlowAlert.

10. Customer Relationship

Customers referred through the affiliate program are DealFlowAlert customers. DealFlowAlert controls pricing, product features, billing, support, refunds, account status, and customer communication.

11. Taxes and Payment Information

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, PayPal fees, bank fees, or other obligations related to affiliate commissions. You must keep your payout information accurate and current. We may require additional tax or identity information before paying commissions.

12. Termination

You may stop participating at any time. DealFlowAlert may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, especially for fraud, abuse, prohibited promotion, brand misuse, legal risk, or violation of this agreement.

After termination, you must stop using DealFlowAlert affiliate links and promotional materials. Commissions earned before termination may remain payable if they are valid, approved, and not subject to refund, chargeback, dispute, or policy violation.

13. Changes to the Program

DealFlowAlert may change the affiliate program, commission rate, payout schedule, cookie duration, approval process, or this agreement. Continued participation after changes are posted or sent to you means you accept the updated terms.

14. No Guarantee

DealFlowAlert does not guarantee affiliate earnings, conversion rates, customer retention, product availability, or uninterrupted dashboard access. The affiliate program is provided as available.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DealFlowAlert is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the affiliate program. Our total liability related to the affiliate program will not exceed the unpaid approved commissions owed to you.
